- Standard Royal Mail delivery £3.95.
- Delivery within 3-5 working days.
Returns Policy
- You can return any item within 14 working days.
- All items must be returned in the original packaging.
- Your delivery note will be required as proof of purchase.
- All products will be checked upon return.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Please obtain a proof of posting.
- Returns will be processed within 3-5 working days of receipt.
How to Return
- Fill out the form to let us know the reason for returning.
- Place dispatch note inside the parcel.
- Attach address label to the outside of the parcel.
Refund
- We aim to refund the amount within 5 working days
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Please note - Our concession stores will not be able to refund or exchange any online purchases.
